Description
The Redmine plugin has no license included. Therefore, the author should be asked to do so.
Add license text to all ruby files.
Send a pull request to https://github.com/RegioHelden/redmine_login_attempts_limit
midnightSuyama added the MIT Lisence. Therefore, my PR to RegioHelden was to early and with the wrong license. I removed the latest commits and wait until RegioHelden pulled the MIT License.
Integrated the MIT license from RegioHelden and did also a second pull request to them with my latest changes.
