Changing values in protection requirement analysis does not recalculate the result

Description
The protection requirement analysis table allows to edit the values for a single damage scenario even after the values are propagated to linked objects.
It is expected that changed values lead to a recalculation of the overall result of the table. But currently it is not.

Changes in calculation inheritance logic
Single calculation results
- refer to the result of the spreadsheet for the current project
- refer to the accepted result of a project being not the current one
Calculated result
- uses the single calculated results
Final result
- refers to what the user accepts being either the calculated result or anything else
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
