Updating a frozen result does not update the user who did that change

Description
The frozen result uses the date_and_author helper in _result_summary.html.erb. When a user different to the last author changes the frozen result the author keeps unchanged.
- Due date set to 08/21/2025
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Start date set to 08/21/2025
- % Done changed from 0 to 30
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 30 to 100
- Affected Version deleted (

We won't backport this bug fix because there are to much changes w.r.t. tests for an older release.
