Description

The Project#copy has a Hook included but misses the options[:only] to be available in the hook. There is already an issue on redmine.org (https://www.redmine.org/issues/38023).

This fix is currently in redmine_table_calculation what is not the best place to be. Therefore, it should be moved into advanced_plugin_helper to provide this fix for all plugins using this helper.
