Description

When trying to sync some issues to a project it might happen that the process fails with an error message that told the user she has not all trackers enabled.

This might occur when issue syncing allows generally several trackers but a project has only enabled a subset of them. It would be beneficial to allow the synchronization when the selected tracker is enabled only.
