What did you expect?¶

I expect the plugin settings to reflect the current state. That is, they should be checked when I can see My page in top menu.

What has happened instead?¶

My page is displayed but plugin setting for displaying My page are not checked.

What could be a possible solution?¶

Check the default value and if the setting will render true and false as boolean.

How can we reproduce the problem?¶

Open the settings of the fresh installed plugin.
