Redmine Project Types

In order to exclude the respective data from the project list they can either be

i) deleted or

ii) the query needs to be manipulated.

Possibility ii) is no option because this may cause unexpected behaviour all across Redmine.

The deletion is the current behavior of Redmine core. That is, when an administrator deletes a project custom field, the field is deleted from db.

These changes are now forbidden when there are projects having values in that field.
