Description

Currently, there are no tests at all.

Since Refactoring #2201: Move some methods into NewsNotification Model NewsNotification model can be tested in test/unit/news_notificaton_test.rb accordingly.
Write also some system tests to make sure JavaScript will be executed as expected.

Test coverage should reach at least 80 %.
