Description
If you want to modify a tracker for example to replace a custom fields by other custom fields, you don't have the option to hold the old version (to show already documented information's) without the ability to prohibit the of the old version of the tracker to be used for new issues.
One solution could be to have a attribute to activate / passivate a tracker like the option in enumerations.
