Change 'assigned_to' entry when changing the status of a task

Description

It should be possible to change the responsible person when a status of a task has changed. This would enable a team to work on the same task but redirect the responsibilities with changing states.

This is especially useful for defined processes that are simple enough to control them via ticket.

Probably, this plugin is suitable.

A general idea is to use something like custom actions as it is implemented in OpenProject.
