Object class masters have among others the function to reduce the number of items in a list for the user when she defines the relation between assets. That is, the user will only see those items as choice whose object class master is related to the object class master of the asset under review.

For doing so, the relations between object class masters needs also be defined by a user. Since the number of object class masters could be quite large it is inefficient to define the relations using an alphabetically ordered list.

To make this process of defining the relations between object class master easier for the user the idea is to introduce categories for object class masters and assign each master to an appropriate category. With this information at hand the list needed to define the relations between masters could be grouped by the masters category. This should increase the usability.
