Description

When sending a document by email with the issue id in the subject line with this pattern:

[tracker #id]

The receiver can answer the mail so that, the answer will be added to the issue with #id. This makes sense especially when a user expects an edited document based on that that was send by mail before.

Our use case is: supplier audit
