openDMS partial keeps disapeared in issues when folder permissions will added and removed

Description
If dms is configured to allow attachments to issues it shows the uploaded files when displaying a single issue. When an authorized user navigate to the .Issues/<id>-<subject> folder in the DMS module and adds permissions to that folder the uploaded files won't be shown any longer when displaying a single issue. When the permissions will be removed as it was before the uploaded files keep to be disappeared in the issue.
I would prefer to have permissions for .Issues/<id>-<subject> according to the issue settings. Then the possibility to set folder permissions should not be available.
Alternatively, I would not expect the uploaded files to disappear in the issue.
