Mass editing of project custom fields

Description

Projects having custom fields should be mass editable. Project lists have checkboxes in admin view since RM 5.1. These checkboxes could be also shown outside the admin view in order to allow custom field changes via context menu. Moreover, mass editable project configuration (only project tab) would be beneficial.
