Add an option to automate calculation inheritance

Description

If users attach importance to inherit calculation results automatically to a table, it could be managed with a further checkbox in Administration » Table calculation.

The calculation config could provide a further checkbox for automatically inheritance right below the inheritance checkbox.

The automatic inheritance itself needs to be implemented as background job. Involved users need to be informed about the changes when done.
