Description

When a project type is marked as master it will get a prefix (de: okm, en: ocm) in dependence of the language used of the current user.

Problems occur when a project type is already marked as master with a prefix in another language as the current user who removes the checkbox. Then the prefix won't be detected and hence not removed. At the end a project identifier may look like okm-ocm-my-project.
