Description

For mysql and mariadb we need to update config/database.yml and config/env.yml in order to consider better support for concurrent modifications for nested issues (see https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/MySQL_configuration),

For MariaDB there seem to be other configuration requirements as tested with

Server-Version: 10.5.23-MariaDB-0+deb11u1 - Debian 11
