Redmine Silencer

There should be a warning in the README about when the silencer will not work:

When a user will copy an issue AND the global settings state that copied issues should be linked by default. This journal entry will be handled as if the copied issue is edited what again leads to a notification.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to suppress the notification because the copy process will start as soon as the user clicks the copy link. But this is before she can decide (by checking the silencer box) whether the user should be notified about the new issue arising from copying.
